He founded, built, and operated a successful company for 15 years and later served as President & CEO of a publicly traded corporation, where he was responsible for strategic planning, operations, and shareholder accountability. Kim is a proven fiscal conservative committed to responsible spending and long-term financial stability.
Experience & Qualifications
Kim brings extensive experience managing complex financial operations, including Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and multi-million-dollar budgets.
He currently serves as a board member of the Conroe Industrial Development Corporation (CIDC), providing direct insight into economic development, job creation, and sustainable city growth. In addition, Kim served as HOA President for 15 years, overseeing budgets, contracts, neighborhood policies, and community improvements.
Across decades in the private sector, he has guided teams, managed budgets, and grown organizations responsibly—always with accountability and results.
